A Registered Nutritional Therapist uses a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances that might be contributing to a client's symptoms and health concerns. This information will shape your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan, and any testing or supplement recommendations. My approach is evidence-based and personalised to suit your individual requirements , led by your goals, budget and lifestyle. IS EVERYTHING WE DISCUSS CONFIDENTIAL?

I practice in line with GDPR regulations. You can trust that anything discussed and any personal information will be strictly confidential. The only exception to this rule is if your GP needs to be informed should any serious health concerns be raised during a consultation. You will be required to consent to your GP being contacted and provide their details as soon as a consultation is booked.
